Shipping 

Processing time:

We know you want your DE LOVÉT bag as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).

Dispatch Notification:

If you have not received a dispatch / delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us by sending an email to support@delovet.com including your order number. 

Shipping Rates:

DE LOVÉT offers free standard delivery on orders above 250 USD$. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout. Rates are calculated at checkout and vary by location.

Delivery takes between 3-6 business days depending on your location. 

Order Status:

All orders are shipped with UPS/ DHL and are fully traceable. You can always contact them if you have questions regarding your shipment.

Alternatively, you can refer to the “Orders” section of your account to get general information about your order status.

Order Pickup:

If you prefer to pick up your order in person and you reside in Toronto, Lagos or Abuja please email support@delovet.com

We will make arrangements for the pick up location.  

Customs Fees and Duties:

All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. DE LOVÉT has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are solely the customer's responsibility.
