RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our Return Policy lasts 15 days from the time of purchase. If this period has passed, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange on that item. Please note that this policy is followed strictly.
- An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned.
- DE LOVÉT does not offer prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange. Once we receive your exchange request, an invoice will be sent to your email for the delivery cost of your exchange.
- If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item with a higher value, the difference in cost of the exchanged item will be required.
- Should an item go on sale after purchasing at the original price, adjustments are available only for a period of 24 hours after the transaction.
- Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed on merchandise that were received damaged.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
