How do I cancel an order?
In the case that your order hasn’t been shipped, we will issue a full refund to you on non-preordered items. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Do we offer free shipment?
Unfortunately at this time, Customers are responsible for paying for their shipments, taxes and duties.
Item Out of Stock?
In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is “Out of Stock” will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled, and you will not be charged for that item.
How do I return/exchange?
All items not listed as final sale are exchange only.
Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Packages that exceed the number of days for return will be mailed back to the sender.
Items listed as 'PRE-ORDER' require a longer processing time and are dispatched at a later date than usual.
Dispatch dates are stated in the product description and vary between items.
If you order an item listed as "PRE-ORDER - 'name of item'" this means that your order is placed on a waiting list and is dispatched within the stated time range or specific date in the product description.
What does pre-order mean?
An order placed for products, which have not yet been released, in stock or available at the time of purchase. Dispatch dates vary and are will be listed in the product description.
What is a dispatch date?
The dispatch date is the day your order is shipped out to you and you will be notified.
My order includes a preorder item , why hasn’t my order shipped?
Your complete order will ship on the dispatch date of your preordered item.
If you would prefer to have available products in your order shipped before the dispatch date, additional delivery fees will apply.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned.
De Lovét does not offer prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange. Once we receive your exchange request, an invoice will be sent to your email for the delivery cost of your exchange.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item with a higher value, the difference in cost of the exchanged item will be required.
Price adjustments are available on items purchased at original price 24 hours before a sale.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed on merchandise that were received damaged.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How long does it take to process my return?
It takes 12-14 business days to process your return. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
What do I do if I haven’t received my refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you have not received a dispatch / delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number.
Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, handbags, small leather goods and tech accessories are protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year limited warranty (proof of purchase required).
If the handbag, small leather good or tech accessory proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first year, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. Defective handbags, small leather goods or tech accessories will not be returned to customer. Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.

Over time, the leather will acquire a patina and may also darken due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight, further enhancing the natural look of your handbag or small leather item.
